CANCELLATION POLICY

Policy We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 35% of service. 35% of the service will be charged if you no show or cancel less than 24 hours on Color services Appointment Confirmations are mandatory 24 hrs prior to appointment Kl hair Studio requires a 24 hour notice before canceling or rescheduling. If you have canceled last minute multiple times or no show, your appointment request can be denied(or your stylist may require a $100 non refundable deposit). If you are running late, we would appreciate a courtesy call or message but after 15 minutes late will need to reschedule your appointment to stay on time for other appointments.
